• Use our online donation form.  You can make one contribution or set up a series of contributions. You control directly when and how much you contribute.
• Or, fill out an authorization form. Pick up a copy at church, request one from the office or print and fill out this form.  Turn it in to Nancy Nygaard Johnson (Financial Secretary); she will set up the donation the way you want.  Changes can be made by contacting Nancy on Mondays at 612-871-2967 or by emailing n2j2@comcast.net. 

Please note: if your donation is charged to your credit card, OSLC does not get the entire amount; Vanco takes a fee from your donation. You may choose to add an amount to help offset the fee.
