Dear church,

Given the winter storm, we will move to online Zoom worship on Sunday, March 15 at 10:30am. Do not come to 2315 Chicago Ave. Our service will be 30-45 minutes, followed by time for us to share announcements and check in with one another. You will not need a bulletin to participate in worship tomorrow.
The Zoom link will be sent out in our Sunday morning email. If you don’t get the email, please email Pastor Martha.
Let’s remember – the church is not a building – it’s the people! As we are being showered with snow, we should also remember that we are showered with the Holy Spirit. Our worship tomorrow online will be ‘lively’ with gift-sharing as we welcome different households to share readings, music, prayers, and more.
Please prepare elements for Holy Communion: bread and wine, or crackers and juice – whatever you have on hand as we share in our holy meal where Jesus promises to be present with us.
All 9am activities (adult forum, Sunday school, Godly Play, Nursery) are canceled. We will reschedule with Dr. Cody Sanders, our adult forum guest, for another Sunday.
