Rachel Svanoe Moynihan is a friend of the congregation and has led us before in forums on embodied antiracism. She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Internal Family Systems Practitioner. She will help us get ready to join our partners at Las Posadas on December 19 by sharing some embodied practices that help us to be more present, alive, and culturally attuned to the experience.
