Epiphany Celebration January 5

Celebrate the feast of Epiphany on Sunday, January 5. Every year the magi--the wise ones--are late to the manger, but we celebrate them anyway because they recognized the Christ child and help us recognize Jesus, too.

At 9:00am, we invite all ages to participate in a procession of prayer and song through the building. We'll bless our offices, classrooms, gathering spaces, and worship space for the coming year.

Bring your own crown if you're feeling magi-like to wear during the procession. More importantly, plan to bring a star ornament from your Christmas tree or home to help add to our Epiphany worship environment. Any size star is welcome. We'll enjoy the stars for almost a month until the festival of the Transfiguration on March 2, the last Sunday before Lent begins.
