The primary sound here at Our Saviour’s on a Sunday morning is the voice of the entire assembly raised in song. Across different eras, pastors, music directors, members and visitors, instrumental accompaniments and worship styles, this has been true.

Our song is a lively mixture of old and new, local and global, printed and sung by ear. We accompany our singing primarily with the Steinway grand piano in the hands of excellent accompanists, any number of instrumentalists, cantors and choir, all coordinated by Worship and Music Director, Mary Preus.

These two groups meet during the school year:

  • Gospel Kids rehearse on Sunday morning at 10am.
  • Adult choir rehearses on Wednesday evening at 7pm (7:30 on Wednesday Connections nights) and again on Sunday at 10am. Anyone whois interested in singing is welcome to just show up!
