Learning is an important part of a life-long faith journey. Baptism calls us into a relationship with God and others. Nurtured in the Christian faith by many means, we continue to grow toward a deeper understanding of our identity as followers of Christ.

Scriptures, our Lutheran traditions, and Christian doctrines build the content of our faith. Caring relationships and deep conversation about matters of faith and life are also crucial. At Our Saviour’s we use the term “faith formation” to mean all these ways people learn and grow in faith -- this life-long journey.

Join in the journey!

Learning at Our Saviour's

Faith Formation for All Ages. Most of these meet 9-10am every Sunday during the school year. Living Questions meets once a week, usually for six weeks per session, once to twice a year.  Check out our News section for information about Adult Forum and Living Questions.   Both of these will meet virtually until we are able to meet again in person.

  • Adult Forums cover diverse topics like spirituality, missions, biblical literacy, justice and peace.
  • Living Questions gathers newcomers with more seasoned members in small groups to explore questions of faith and life, listen to scripture, and reflect on what it means to live in community.  Child care is provided.
  • Children – classes for three-year-olds through grade 6 offer bible stories, stories about faith-filled living, prayers, and songs. We use the Augsburg Fortress curriculum.
